Details of lawyers practising in Pakistan
The British High Commission is unable to get involved in civil legal disputes, such as property disputes, involving British nationals: we are not legally trained and cannot, therefore, offer legal advice. If you are unable to reach an amicable solution to your problem, you may wish to consider taking legal advice and engaging a lawyer to act on your behalf. It may be necessary to take legal action through the courts in order to achieve a lasting resolution to this disagreement. The British High Commission in Islamabad maintains details of lawyers practising in Pakistan who are able to take on these types of cases.
The following lists are provided by the Consular Section of the British High Commission in Islamabad for the convenience of enquirers, but neither Her Majesty’s Government nor any official of the High Commission take any responsibility for the competence or probity of any firm / Advocate on the list or for consequences of any legal action initiated or advice given.
